The management of Cantine F.lli Bellini S.r.l., represented by Administrator Dr. Maurizio Masi, declares its commitment to pursuing and maintaining a quality and food safety policy that aligns with international standards and current regulations. This policy particularly references ISO 9001, BRC, and IFS certifications, with the goal of continuously elevating the quality, safety, and sustainability standards of our wine production.

To safeguard the quality, safety, and wholesomeness of our products, Cantine F.lli Bellini S.r.l. employs a certified management system based on the IFS standard as a fundamental tool for achieving our objectives.  

  1. Customer Satisfaction

The customer is at the center of all activities of Cantine F.lli Bellini S.r.l. Our mission is to deeply understand both explicit and implicit customer needs and adjust our processes to fulfill them, thereby creating a lasting relationship of trust and cooperation. Customer satisfaction is continuously monitored to ensure the achievement of contractual goals and optimize “customer satisfaction” over time. Additionally, the company constantly monitors the service provided to customers, aiming to enhance satisfaction levels while ensuring prompt and accurate order fulfillment.  

  1. Regulatory Compliance, Legality, and Food Safety

Since 1998, Cantine F.lli Bellini S.r.l. has operated a Quality Management System compliant with UNI EN ISO 9001 to ensure rigorous control of the process/product system. Since 2020, we have also achieved BRC and IFS certifications to secure adherence to the highest standards of hygienic quality, implementing an HACCP plan to ensure food safety. Our Quality Management System undergoes internal and external inspections, as well as third-party audits by certification bodies and clients to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the system in place.

Cantine F.lli Bellini S.r.l. complies with all applicable regulations in the wine industry, ensuring adherence to legal requirements at every stage of production and distribution. We are fully committed to adhering to both European and national regulations, including labeling requirements, designation of origin laws, and food safety and hygiene standards. Our Quality Management System, compliant with UNI EN ISO 9001, is designed to rigorously control the process/product system and meet the requirements of BRC and IFS certifications.  

   – Through our HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) plan, we fully comply with food safety regulations, implementing rigorous controls at every production stage to eliminate or mitigate potential risks to consumer health. Specifically, we adhere to the Codex Alimentarius, following all conduct codes, food standards, best practices, guidelines, and recommendations developed by the CAC Commission, to protect consumer health and guarantee fair food trade.  

   – Furthermore, we commit to continuously updating our management system to align with regulatory changes and technological advancements in the industry. Cantine F.lli Bellini S.r.l. is dedicated to maintaining a high level of employee training and awareness of all current regulations, including those regarding workplace safety and environmental protection, ensuring that each employee understands and fulfills compliance requirements in their role.

Cantine F.lli Bellini S.r.l. has implemented a mitigation plan for Food Defence and Food Fraud to reduce the risk of malicious acts and prevent potential food fraud, thereby protecting the brand’s reputation and reassuring consumers that all measures are in place to ensure their safety.

Our objectives for 2025 include:  

   – Consolidating and expanding our client base, with particular attention to large wine distribution chains and enhancing the company’s reputation.

Cantine F.lli Bellini S.r.l. is also dedicated to communicating its environmental achievements to stakeholders, including the local community.

Specific product safety goals include enhancing safety and controls to minimize contamination risks, while quality goals encompass reducing complaints and expanding the cellar to improve customer hospitality services.
