Grapes: Sangiovese 80%, Syrah 5%, Malvasia 5%, Chardonnay 5%
Harvest: By hand Vinification: Controlled alcoholic fermentation at 20-25°C in stainless steel tanks with automatics pumping over and punching down of the cap. At least 18 days of maceration on the lees. Malolactic fermentation.
Ageing: 3 months in concrete tanks
Sensory profile: It’s a very clear wine, with a crystalline violet red color and beautiful purple highlights. The nose is characterized by floral notes of violet, red roses, broom and hony-suckle and, moreover, by fresh fruits of raspberries and strawberries. The wine is soft and roundy, well balanced and with a mineral end. The tannins are very soft and elegant. It is intense, persistent in mouth and easy to drink.
Suggestions: It’s the perfect every day and every moment wine, perfect for starter and also nice for all kinds of meals, from appetizers of cured meats to pasta and also pizza.
