Ageing: 12 months in 45 hl barrels of French oak, 12 months in concrete tanks
Sensory profile: It’s a full bodied wine that has a medium intensity ruby color with some garnet highlights and a . The nose is intense and complex, distinguished by a floral bouquet of dried roses and orange blossom followed by notes of sweet spicy of white peppr and milk chocolate, vanilla and cinnamon. The wine is dry, warm, soft and rounded, with a good freshness and mineral salts. It is intense, persistent in mouth and with elegant tannins.
