Vinification: Controlled alcoholic fermentation at 15-18°.
Ageing: 2 months in concrete tanks
Sensory profile: The wine has a pale yellow color with greenish highlights, it’s limpid and enough consistent. The fragrance is characterized by fresh notes flowers of lemon and orange. Some lime notes are paired to sensation of green apple. It’s a fresh dry wine, with a perfect alcohol balance and an excellent mineral salts. Persistent in mouth, it has a good intensity and it’s ready to drink.
Suggestions: It’s an easy to drink wine, good for all kinds of meals, from appetizers of cheese to all kinds of pasta and also grilled fishes.
