Sensory profile: The wine has a brilliant amber color, with some golden highlights and some orange nuance. The nose presents some sensation of honey, raisins and caramelized fruit, followed by sweet notes of vanilla and cinnamon. The mouth has a good balance between the sweetness and the good acidity. It has an incredible persistence and intensity.
Suggestions: Traditionally paired with Prato’s almond biscuits, it could be drank with hard cheese or gorgonzola.
