Sensory profile: It’s a ruby red wine with beautiful purple highlights and a good consistency. The nose has jammy flavors of ripe plums, cherries and red fruit followed up by floral notes of violet and red roses. With a medium body and a perfect nice balance, the wine is soft and roundy, and has a good freshness and mineral salts. The tannins are really smooth and elegant. It is very persistent in mouth and ready to drink.
Suggestions: This wine pairs perfectly with all starters, pastas and meat dishes and is best when served slightly below room temperature.
