Grapes: Sangiovese 85%, Merlot 10%, Syrah 5%

Vinification: Controlled alcoholic fermentation at 20-25°C in stainless steel tank with automatics pumping over and punching down of the cap. 18 days of maceration on the lees. Malolactic fermentation.
Ageing: 12 months in concrete tanks
Sensory profile: It’s a limpid wine with an intense ruby color with beautiful purple highlights and a good consistency. The fragrance is characterized by floral notes of violet, red roses and moreover by a fresh fruits of cherries, raspberries and strawberries. The wine is dry, well balanced, soft and rounded, characterized by a good freshness and mineral salts. The tannins are very elegant. It is intense, persistence in mouth and ready to drink.
Suggestions: It’s the perfect wine for aperitif but it’s also nice for all kind of meals, from appetizers of cured meats to pasta but also white and red grilled meat.
